Rental Fees
Entire Facility – $4000.00 per day • $750.00 daily cleaning fee
Stage, Grandstand, Infield and parking – $2000.00 per day • 300.00 daily cleaning fee Open land and/or designated camping area – Negotiated by event – Minimum $25.00 per unit
Sharon Lilly 4H/FFA Show Arena – $1000.00 per day • No A/C or Heat. Bathrooms located 35 yards from the building.
Exhibit Building #2 – $700.00 per day • $300.00 daily cleaning fee
Exhibit Building #1 – $350.00 per day • $300.00 daily cleaning fee
Horse Arena – Minimum $250.00 per day (Horse Arena is 135’ x 250’)
Poultry Building – Call for Quote Show Barn/Livestock Barn – Call for Quote • Transient Stable Rentals are $20.00 per night including water and electric (leave stall clean)
Complimentary “non dressy” tables and chairs available on a first come first serve basis with rentals in Exhibit #2 and Sharon Lilly 4-H/FFA Show Arena. |

Unless you have contracted with us for custodial services/cleaning fee, you are responsible for cleaning after your event. With any event involving livestock, cleaning consists of the removal of all bedding and manure from the property.
